About Us

Our Story

We (Eric and Kiana - the owners of Bear & Vine) grew up in upstate NY. After spending 2 years in Kennewick, WA and 5 years in Santa Rosa, CA, we made the decision to move back to NY in 2014. In 2018, we decided to open Bear & Vine in Eric's home town of Phelps, NY.

With so many businesses closing their doors, we chose to purchase the existing antique business and add a boutique section as well as sports cards and memorabilia (now featured on diamondclubcards.com). This allowed us to bring something new to Phelps without taking anything away! Stop by and see us! There is something for everyone!

Stoneware

Kiana started collecting stoneware from the 18th and 19th centuries a few years ago when customers started asking for stoneware in store. This instantly became a hobby and passion, and we now carry a wide variety of stoneware in store at all times! Stop by and check these out...you'll find NY stoneware from Lyons, Rochester, Utica, and more...as well as stoneware from other regions across the US.
